"Near Zero Carbon" factory refers to the factory that improves the utilization rate of traditional energy, increases the use of renewable energy, and finally achieves "zero carbon emissions" in the entire production and manufacturing process through technological transformation.
Kunshan Luxin New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in December 2003, the main products are high-end electronic products metal shell parts.In 2022, the output value of Luxin will exceed 1 billion yuan.In response to the national call for carbon reduction and emission reduction of industrial enterprises, as well as the requirements of customers' green supply chain commitment, Luxin has devoted itself to exploring energy saving ways and constantly accelerating the pace of "double carbon" construction.
In order to build a "Near Zero Carbon" factory, Luxin focuses on energy-saving transformation, including recycling waste heat of aluminum billet heating furnace, reducing heating energy consumption by 9%; The energy consumption is reduced by 10% on the original basis by reforming the heat insulation and heating process of aging facilities. At the same time, Luxin also installed a photovoltaic power generation project with a capacity of 1.35MW in the factory, with an annual power generation of 1.8 million KWH, reducing carbon emissions by about 1,200 tons per year.Photovoltaic power generation accounts for about 25% of the total power consumption of the plant, further increasing the use of green energy.
The company also continuously promotes the coordination, optimization and efficiency of equipment operation, and firmly builds a low-carbon digital factory. After several years of efforts, at present, under the premise of ensuring stable production, Luxin can save more than 630,000 yuan in energy costs every year. At the same time, the company actively completed the ISO14064 greenhouse gas carbon verification, and successfully carried out the green footprint certification, and carried out a comprehensive grasp and management of greenhouse gas emissions.
In recent years, Zhoushi Town has always adhered to the road of ecological priority, green and low-carbon development, and has achieved certain results in energy saving, low carbon emission reduction and other aspects. Up to now, there are 3 Jiangsu "green factories" and 1 Suzhou "near zero carbon" factory in the town.
